A multifaceted artist, born in Columbus, Ohio (USA) in 1962, he graduated in Fine Arts at the Rollins College of Florida in 1985. From 1985 to 1987 he completed his training with a Master of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts of New York. He started his career as Art Director and Designer for one of the most prestigious North American publishers, Simon & Schuster. In 1988 he moved to Barcelona, where he set up residence and collaborated with different newspapers and magazines. Throughout his career he has received several international awards. From 1995-1997 he was a board member of ADG FAD, as well as being in charge of International Relations and representative for Spain at the Art Directors Club of Europe. Since 1995 he has combined his artistic work with education, teaching illustration at the Escuela Eina. As part of his career as a painter he has also exhibited at different galleries, both in Spain and abroad, of particular note being the Perozzi Gallery (New York), Galería 4rt (Barcelona), Galería Jorge Albero (Madrid), Galería Joan Oliver (Palma de Mallorca), Galería Jordi Barnadas (Barcelona) and Galería Mª José Castellví (Barcelona). |
